Student PII is Minimal – That’s a Good Thing

LMS Integration also means that Classwork.com requires a minimum amount of personally identifiable information (PII) to operate. Classwork.com generally needs only a student’s first name and last name, and no other PII. In the case of Google integration, it will also capture the student’s email address. The email address is used only as a unique identifier, and Classwork.com will never email your students for any reason.

Classwork.com LMS Integration with Clever and ClassLink to make onboarding teachers as easy as possible. Your Clever or ClassLink administrator will connect to Classwork.com, and our expert staff will review the connection to make sure everything is set up correctly. Once set up, the systems will synchronize every morning. New teachers will be added and friendly emails will be sent welcoming them to Classwork.com. Old accounts will be deactivated during the sync process. You never have to manually enter teachers, classes or students and you never have to import clumsy CSV files! Just set it up, sit back and let Classwork.com integration do all the work.

Clever and ClassLink Single Sign On for Teachers

Classwork.com supports Single Sign On (SSO) for teachers through Clever and ClassLink. No matter which service your school uses, your Clever or ClassLink administrator can easily set up Classwork.com as an app. Once the administrator has set things up, teachers will see a Classwork.com app icon on their Clever portal or ClassLink Launchpad. Clicking the icon will instantly take them to Classwork.com. There’s no need to remember the Classwork.com web address, or remember yet another username/password combination. Just click and go! Classwork.com also has a convenient “Sign In With Clever” button on its Sign In page. If you’re already signed in to your Clever account, just click that button to sign in to Classwork.com. You don’t even have to start at the Clever portal. This is one more way that Classwork.com works hard to make your life easier.
